PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2015 on merits. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, For Respondents : Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, Addl. Government Pleader

ORDER

On 26.11.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent No. 1 alleging that the document Nos. 2682 of 2015 and 2683 of 2015 have been registered by fraudulent means. Seeking to expedite the proposed enquiry, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner on 26.11.2015 with the respondent No. 1, the said authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same representation of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the persons on whom allegations have been made.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
