ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to investigate the matter and file a final report in accordance with the law based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the complaint lodged by the petitioner through post was returned to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 18.11.2014 to the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to enquire the same in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
