Respondents in Both W.Ps Prayer:Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of order of the 2nd Respondent bearing proceedings in Na.Ka.R.V.2/1920/2014 dated 04.04.2015, which was confirmed by the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.No.3277/2015/A and Se.Mu.No.3271/2015/A dated 04.09.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service, with continuity of service and all attended benefits.
