ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.01.2015 to investigate with the case and to file the final report before the appropriate Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.It appears that the petitioner has given Rs.5,00,000/- as advance for a house to the counter petitioner and the counter petitioner has not returned the said amount. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the counter petitioner has appeared before the respondent police and given a written letter stating that he will return the amount within a period of six months. 4.In view of the fact that this dispute is purely between landlord and tenant, no positive direction can be issued to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
