ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.04.2015 under appropriate penal provisions of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.115 of 2015. Hence, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation by calling the opposite party and in the course of enquiry, the respondent is directed to follow the dictum laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
