ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 20.03.2015 and file a final report in accordance with law and to give police protection to the petitioner's family.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it discloses that there is a dispute between the members of the apartment and that one of the persons has abused the petitioner. Since the complaint of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner dated 20.03.2015 does not disclose any offence warranting investigation, a positive direction cannot be given to the respondent police to register a case. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is closed. However, the respondent police is directed to enquire the matter and call the opposite party and advise him accordingly.
