Respondents in both WPs Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 07.07.2015 and direct the third respondent to cancel the sale deeds in Document Nos.3028 and 3029 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office at Adyar, Chennai South.

For Petitioners : Mr.A.S.Chakravarthy For Respondents : Mr.T.M.Pappiah, SGP COMMON ORDER The prayer made in these writ petitions is to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 07.07.2015. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have jointly submitted a representation dated 07.07.2015 to the first respondent, requesting to cancel the fraudulent sale deeds registered as Document Nos.3028 and 3029 of 2014 by the Sub Registrar, Adyar, on the basis of the forged power of attorney deeds bearing Document Nos.351 and 352 of 2014 registered by the District Registrar, North Chennai. However, till date, no steps have been taken by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court. 3.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who, on instructions, submitted that the respondents would consider the petitioners' representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 07.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners as well as any other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
