ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2023 along with the instructions dated 3.10.2022, 4.11.2022 and 29.1.2024 issued by respondents 4 and 5.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the

petitioner, appearing in person, submitted that the petitioner would be content if the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders.

3. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2023 along with the instructions dated 3.10.2022, 4.11.2022 and 29.1.2024 issued by respondents 4 and 5 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, including the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed by the fifth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
