Heard Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Saravanan, learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.E.Neelakandan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from taking possession of the property in S.No.28, Padi Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, without following the due process of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondents have already taken over the possession of the property and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
