Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to recognize the CMS (Community Medical Service) Certificates and include the petitioner as CGrade Physician in the State Medical Register enabling him to

treat in the rural areas by prescribing the essential 31 drugs in view of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2003(9) SCC 269.
