ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 24.06.2014 in C.P.No.20 of 2014 passed by the first respondent, thereby ordered to pay a sum of Rs.21,21,034/- to the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Management submitted that pending writ appeal, the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
