O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with C.N.140/SP/Grev/Pet/2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Saravanan @ Badhrachalam, a petition enquiry is pending in respect of a scheme amount of Rs.3crores.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
