This miscellaneous petition has been preferred to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by judgment dated 23.04.2022 in Special Sessions Case No.54 of 2020, on the file of the learned Special Judge (POCSO Cases), Cuddalore and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. It is revealed that the records have been called for from the Court below on 01.09.2022, however, typed-set of papers was not made ready. The Registry is directed to call for the records from the Court below through "special messenger" within a week, if not received and thereafter, prepare typed set of papers and serve copies on the learned counsel on either side well in advance, as per the criminal rules of practice. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
