O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and furnish sureties and comply the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.Op.No.3632 of 2020, dated 05.03.2020 in connection with the Crime No.95 of 2002 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier, the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court in Crl.Op.No.3632 of 2020, on 05.03.2020 with condition to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties within 15 days, and thereby, the earlier order had got lapsed and hence, he prays to extend the time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard both sides. The order dated Crl.Op.No.3632 of 2020, on 05.03.2020 has lapsed by efflux of time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
