O R D E R

Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 (1) (b) (ii) of the Code of the Civil Procedure to withdraw the case in M.O.P.No.335 of 2018, pending on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, he has no objection to transfer the petition mentioned case to the Family Court, Chennai and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

The case in M.O.P.No.335 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry and to transfer to Family Court, Chennai. The Family Court, Puducherry is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to M.O.P.No.335 of 2018 to the Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of records, the Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
