C.M.P.No.12963 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.74254 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 219 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. This Court has already dispensed with notice to respondents 1 and 2.

3. Notice has been served on the third respondent and the name of the third respondent is also printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the third respondent either in person or through counsel.

4. Heard the learned counsel for appellant and perused the records.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 219 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
