3. Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of third respondent.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.
5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 81 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel for third respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
