J U D G M E N T
The parties have entered into a compromise. The memorandum of compromise has also been filed.
2. In view of the same, there will be a decree in O.S.No.53 of 2012 in terms of the memorandum of compromise. The memorandum of compromise will form part of the decree. No costs.
