This petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 104 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal SR.No.87523 of 2015 on the file of this Court.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as appellant, has filed Civil Miscellaneous Appeal Sr.No.87523 of 2015 on the file of this Court with a delay of 104 days. Further it is stated in the petition that due to administrative reasons such delay has occurred and in order to condone the same, the present petition has been filed.

3. Even though the respondents have been served with summons, appearance has not been made.

4. Considering the reason given in the petition and also the length of delay, this petition can be allowed on fulfillment of the terms as stated infra.

In fine, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Court on or before 29.09.2016, failing which the petition will be dismissed.
