C O M M O N O R D E R The reliefs sought for in these writ petitions are for a direction to direct the respondents to take into account 50% of the services rendered by the writ petitioners from their initial appointments till regularisation for the purpose of retirement benefits, including pension.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that the issues raised in the present writ petitions were considered by the Government and the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.194, School Education Department, dated 12.9.2018. Accordingly, the writ petitioners are bound to approach the Competent Authorities by way of submitting representations in order to redress their grievances as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.194, School Education Department, dated 12.9.2018.
3. In this regard, the writ petitioners are directed to approach the Competent Authorities by submitting representations and in the event of receiving any such representations, the cases of the writ petitioners shall be considered on individual basis and the authorities are bound to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
