Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time to comply with the conditions "b) thereafter, the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, before the concerned Magistrate on or before 01.07.2020 failing which the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed", imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.7776 of 2020 dated 26.05.2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to produce the sureties before the concerned Magistrate as granted vide order dated 26.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7776 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 26.05.2020 and he was directed to be released on bail on his executing own bond and also, he was directed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate on or before 01.07.2020 and execute the sureties. He would further submit that since the Courts were not reopening for physical hearing, the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties and hence, he prays to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
