Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.04.2015 and investigate the same and consequently, file a final report within a stipulated time.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.04.2015 and investigate the same and consequently, file a final report within a stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR Nos.243 and 244 of 2015 before the respondent. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Wound Certificate detailing the injuries sustained by the petitioner is also available. If that is so, the same shall be taken into consideration by the respondent police.

5.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
