2.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial Court for a period of 3 1⁄2 years, this Court would, in modification of its earlier order, direct the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate I, Sankari on the first working day of January, April, July and October.
