O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to furnish a copy of the survey report conducted for the lands in new survey Nos.278/2 and 278/2B, old survey No.357/B1 of Modachoor Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District.

2. In the considered opinion of this Court, this writ petition cannot be entertained, since already this Court, by order dated 16.04.2025 in W.P.No.11754 of 2025, directed the 3rd respondent to furnish a copy of the survey report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. Even prior to this period getting over, the petitioner, with a great anxiety, submitted one more representation dated 03.05.2025 seeking a copy of the survey report. 2/4

As stated in the previous paragraph, though this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 that the survey report will be furnished to the petitioner within a period of one week, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to furnish a copy of the survey report to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
