Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to enquire into the Petitioner's complaints dated 17.05.2019 and 20.05.2019 and to issue an appropriate direction to the 2nd respondent herein to release all the original documents of the Petitioner's Company withheld by the 2nd respondent as stated in 2nd respondent letter dated 15.05.2019 to the Petitioner herein and to take necessary action thereof.

O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Learned Counsel for the parties that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent by order dated 17.07.2019 rejected the claim made by the Petitioner in the representations dated 17.05.2019 and 20.05.219, which have been sought to be disposed in this Writ Petition.

2.In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 17.07.2019 passed by the First Respondent in the manner recognized by law. He has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
