This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.75 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.No representation for the petitioners either in person or by their respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.75 of 2014, the 1st respondent came to the conclusion referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 01.10.2016 and the RCS Notice No.12 of 2016 was served and no further action needs to be taken. 1/2

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
