The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- " to call for the records the impugned Refusal Check Slip Number RFL / Pallavaram / 5 / 2024 issued by the 1st respondent herein dated 13.06.2024 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent herein to register the sale deed"

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

3. It is now been brought to the notice of the Court that the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition has been attached under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Deposits (For Financial Establishment) Act 1997 by GO.(2D).No.339 dated 11.11.2024. In the 2/4

light of the same, the relief claimed in the above Writ Petition cannot be entertained. The 3rd respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the said GO.(2D).No.339 dated 11.11.2024 to the 4th respondent. It is noticed that the attachment has been issued after the payment of the said money by the petitioner to the 4th respondent. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy for recovering the said amount in the manner known to law.
