C.M.P.Nos.13351, 13354 & 13356 of 2024 in S.A.No.1151 of 2019 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J., These miscellaneous petitions are filed by the appellant/petitioner to condone the delay of 690 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement, to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent as respondents 2 to 4 and to set aside the abatement of the proceedings in S.A.No.1151 of 2019 respectively.

2. Heard Mr.Jeevagiridharan for the petitioner/appellant and Mrs.Elizabeth Ravi for the respondents.

3. Mrs.Elizabeth Ravi has no objection in allowing these applications. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, these petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment.
