This miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 11 to 15 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent viz., Narayanaswamy Naicker.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents 11 to 15 and also perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 11 to 15 has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4.On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the above appeal.
