ORDER

This petition has been filed to review the order dated 23.02.2023, passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.2727 of 2019.

2. The deceased petitioner filed the above Civil Revision Petition as against the order dated 11.07.2019 passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Mettur, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.34 of 2012, thereby partly allowing the petition seeking to scrap Ex.B.I. This Court considered the Civil Revision

Petition on merits and dismissed the same. To review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raised so many grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioner are the grounds to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such the petitioners failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 23.02.2023 passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.2727 of 2019.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
