With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action to survey the land of the petitioner based on the online application submitted on 09.02.2024.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property is the ancestral property of the petitioner and by way of partition, the property has been allotted to the father of the petitioner and after his father, the petitioner is enjoying the said land. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online application to the respondents to survey his land, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 09.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice 2/4

to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
