ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioners on 20.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioners have invested some money in the hospital run by the opposite party. But the opposite party did not give a true account. In a case of this nature, a positive direction cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given to the respondent police to register the FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedies in the manner known to law.
