O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 4th respondent to consider petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2015 and to take immediate legal action in accordance with law against the 5 to 8 respondents and consequently provide police protection to us and petitioner's property on payment of necessary charges.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
