ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register FIR against Vasanthkumar based on CSR No.99/2015 dated 22.03.2015 issued by the respondent and take action against him.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.99/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
