O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the the 2nd respondent to survey the property in S.Nos.139/10, 139/11, 139/1A, 139/1B, 139/2, 139/3, 139/4, 139/8 an extent of 4 acres at Kanjanaickenpatti Village, Kadayampatti Taluk, Salem District, by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2019, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application dated 29.10.2019 submitted to the 2nd respondent to survey the subject properties, demarcate its boundaries and also paid necessary fees, has not been considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the subject properties and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
