Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith issue "No Objection Certificate" for the purpose of alienation, mortgage or encumber in any manner in respect of agricultural land in Survey No.365/6A, measuring an extent of 0.13.0 hectare and in Survey No.365/6C measuring an extent of 0.20.0 hectare in all 0.33.0 hectare situated in Kurumbapalayam village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2015.
