ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and to take necessary action against the accused persons in Crime No.2377 of 2014 pending investigation before the respondent police according to law.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.2377 of 2014 on 23.12.2014. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
