2. Accordingly, A. No.4743 of 2014 filed to implead the petitioners in the said application as respondent Nos.1 and 2 in O.P. No.211 of 2014 is allowed as prayed for.

3. The petitioners in the main O.P. are directed to carry out the amendment and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other side counsel and also file the same into this Court.

4. Post the matter on 24.01.2022.
