Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to probe and recover the remaining 3 lakhs and the recovery fee of 2.5 lakhs, besides action against the 2nd & 3rd respondents, for extortion under the colour of khadi. PRAYER in Crl.O.P.No.28419 of 2014:

Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct to the 1st respondent to prima facia probe the nexus of respondents 2 & 3 with habitual offenders & the quid pro quo derailment of investigation into Crime No.287 of 2014 & CSR.No.234 of 2014 Udumalpet town police station, and to thenceforth assign the prosecution of the finding into the police criminal nexus to an appropriate investigative agency or an SIT to the satisfaction of this supervisory court.
