ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.MALA, J.) The present Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's appeal dated 16.04.2025 against the De-occupation Notice Letter No. DN23/ 002/ 2025 dated 08.04.2025 issued by the Respondents 3 to 5 pertaining to the property situated at Plot No.30A, Kannapasamy Nagar, 24 th First Cross Street, Kavankarai, Puzhal Chennai- 600 066 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 16.04.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
