2. This Writ Petition has been filed by an Association, challenging the G.O.Ms.No.92 issued by the first respondent, dated 11.09.2012 and the consequential orders passed by the second respondent dated 25.08.2014 and 28.08.2014.

3. According to the petitioner, Periyar University Affiliated Self Finance Arts and Science Colleges Management Confederation "[PASAM]" was established in the year 2008 with the object of safeguarding the welfare and interest of the Self Financing Arts and Science Colleges affiliated to Periyar University. 5. In the light of the subsequent development, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Committee for redressal of grievance, if any. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
