Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition in para 5(d) in Crl.O.P.No.10911 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 while granting bail in connection with the above Cr.No.196 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kalavai Police Station, Vellore District.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10911 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Maduravoyal Police Station on every Monday at 10:30.a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10911 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Maduravoyal Police Station on every Monday at 10:30.a.m until further orders is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
