The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR in Crime No.83 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
