ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 16.10.2023 passed in W.P. No.29954 of 2023, has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's property has re-assessed as a Residential Property and the excess property tax, if any, being paid by the petitioner, the same will adjusted in the future property tax payment and hence, the order of this Court 16.10.2023 made in W.P. No.29954 of 2023 has been complied with.

3.The submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents is recorded. Hence, no further order is required in this present case.

4.In the event, the respondents failed to adjust the excess property tax being paid by the petitioner in the upcoming property tax payment, the petitioner shall give a representation to the respondents in this regard.
