O R D E R
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions from the Director of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, would submit that the disciplinary proceedings in all respects has been provisionally concluded and under Pension Rule 9, the petitioner was asked to submit his concurrence within 15 days on the provisional conclusion arrived in the disciplinary case. The petitioner is yet to submit his concurrence and on such submission, final orders will be issued.
2. In view of the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to submit his concurrence or otherwise before the Competent Authority and on receipt of the same, the Authority may pass final orders
without causing any further delay.
