2. There is no opposition or resistance for the implead prayer in the captioned application.

3. Considering that the debt of second respondent-Bank has been assigned to third respondent-ARC and taking into account the position that the prayer is not opposed, captioned application is ordered as prayed for. Though it is for the petitioning creditor to do the needful qua consequential amendments in the case on hand, this Company Court, exercising its inherent jurisdiction permits the applicant-Company to carry out necessary and consequential amendments within a fortnight from today i.e., on or 1/3

before 29.07.2022. Counsel for applicant to furnish amended copies to all concerned within a week therefrom i.e., on or before 05.08.2022. List on 12.08.2022.
