ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.9 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Thiruthuraipoondi.

2. The grounds raised by the petitioner are all factual in nature and the same can be established only before the Court below in the course of the Trial.

3. This Court cannot interfere in the proceedings at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.9 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
