The petitioner has filed this petition to accept the cause title as shown in the appeal

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants submitted that after passing the award by the Tribunal, 1st petitioner/Kuppusamy died. Hence, this petition to record the same, accept the cause title petition has been filed showing the first petitioner/Kuppusamy as deceased.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Condone Delay Petition, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and post on 16.12.2020 for hearing.
