2018 issued through website as Information Bulletin and quash the same in so far as it relates to considering equally fresh + 2 student completed 2017-2018 and writing the NEET examination for the first time along with \"other students who write the present NEET examination for the second attempt in Tamil Nadu and students who have completed +2 in March 2017 and writing the NEET examination for the first time in March 2018.

The relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. The grievance expressed by the petitioner to the effect that the subsequent notifications have adversely affected the interest of the fresh students who have joined the higher secondary (+2), is an issue which has become academic in nature and this Court leaves it to the wisdom of the respondents and no further directions can be given in this regard in the present writ petition.
