This application has been filed to permit the applicant to bring the legal heir of the deceased 13th plaintiff / N.G.Seshadri to be impleaded and added in the above suit as parties and rank him as the proposed 17th plaintiff and to prosecute the suit.

3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff in Tr.C.S.No.256 of 2021 is required to carry out necessary amendment.
